  : The bed was comfortable
: The decor was probably worst I have ever seen in a motel. Who paints a room red and brown??? It was depressing. Didn't like the shower, no pressure at all. Couldn't even wash my hair, would have taken forever to get it wet!

: The price was not too bad. Big room for big group. Short Uber ride to downtown and to Waffle House for late night munchies.
: Okay where to begin... I got this Motel room for a Friday night of going out in downtown Asheville for a buddies birthday. There were 6 of us and I will say the room was big enough for all of us to pretty comfortably. We get into the room and look in the closet which had a lock on the outside and the door had been kicked in and halfway broken with scratch marks on the inside like someone had been locked inside of it and was trying to get out. The refrigerator had dorrito crumbs on top of it. The bathroom was disgusting and had blood in it. There was a door in the bathroom that led to God knows where. It is probably where the killer comes out. The staff was awful. The lady at the desk is rude and you can not halfway understand what she is saying. The office smelled like Curry and I am not talking about Steph Curry. If it wasn't for it being a drunken night on the town and not having many other available big rooms in the town we would have left. The whole time we were there we thought of the possibility of us not leaving like we were in the movie Hostel or something.

: I’m writing this comment in order to share my very bad experience with this motel. My friend and I were excited to visit Asheville for a weekend and we thought that spending a weekend in this motel rated 5.4 would be great. At the arrival, the woman at the reception who spoke a very bad english with a thick indian accent, wasn’t nice and she didn’t even accept our credit cards and we were forced to check an ATM around. She wanted us to pay cash.We spent the first night at the hotel, which was not too bad, but the second one was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.The second evening, we came back at 10 PM after a long trekking journey and against all odds, we found a guy sleeping inside our room. We immidealy went to see the receptionist and asked her why there is a guy sleeping in our room. She said that she forgot that we stay two nights and that her uncle died today and that we shouldn't blame her for her mistake. She said "No problem,no problem, I give you other room". But we didn't care about a new room because our stuff disapeared. She asked her cleaning service, a homeless (probably drug addicted) hillbilly living in a storeroom, where our staff was. He didn't had our staff. I started asking for a refund and some extra money. Then the indian husband of the receptionist came and started aggressing me verbally and wanted to kick me out. I explained the problem to him and then he went to his wife and started slapping her in the face. I intervened and aked him to stop immedialy when his woman said: "No problem, no problem, he is my husband."!Finaly, we were able to leave this horrible place with a refund.I’m still wondering if they stole it or threw it away, but I’m sure that we have lost more than $300 (Pants, shirts and perfume, electric shaver and toothbrush...
